Emergency Maintenance

EMERGENCY NUMBER: 530.647-6066

This number is to be used ONLY for emergency maintenance reasons.  An emergency is considered to be fire, flood, or death.

Not a non-working disposal, plugged toilet or burnt out light bulb.  If you happen to have one of these issues, try the reset button on the bottom of your disposal, buy a toilet plunger and use it, replace the light bulb with the same type and wattage.

If you need assistance with the above items, or similar ones, please call the office during business hours and request a work order.  If the office is closed, please leave a message on the answering machine.  Please leave name, number, address and a detailed description of the problem.  Please be as detailed as possible (example:  sink - kitchen vs. bathroom - which bath, etc..)  Office number is 530.676.7004 or 916.939.7004.

If you have determined that it is considered an Emergency, please call 530.647-6066.  If the voice mail comes on please leave name, number, and address along with the problem.  You will be called  back as rapidly as possible.
